## D.D. Labs — Booking Policies
1. Vehicle Preparation
Please remove all large personal belongings and loose items from your vehicle before your appointment. This helps us access all areas and provide the best possible results.
2. Cancellations
Please be mindful of short-notice cancellations and rescheduling, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
3. Excessively Dirty Vehicles
Additional charges may apply to vehicles that are excessively dirty or require significantly more time than a standard detail. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.
4. Water & Electricity Access
Please ensure access to a water source and an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the vehicle. D.D. Labs brings its own hoses, equipment, and extension cords.
