1. Your account

You're responsible for your account, your login details, and everything done under your account, including by team members you add. Keep your information accurate.

2. Your data

You own your business data (clients, vehicles, jobs, invoices, inventory). You give us permission to store and process it only to run and improve the Portal. We don't sell your data. You're responsible for having your clients' permission to store their information and to contact them. Product names you add to inventory may appear in the shared Products catalog without your shop name, quantities, or costs.

3. Our property

The Portal, including its software, design, features, workflows, layouts, text, and branding, belongs to us. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use it for running your own business while your account is active.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to:

1. Copy, reproduce, or imitate the Portal's features, design, workflows, or content;
2. Use the Portal, or information gained from it, to build, help build, or improve a competing product or service;
3. Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or try to access the Portal's source code, database, or systems;
4. Share your login, resell access, or let anyone outside your business use your account;
5. Access other shops' data or try to get around security or usage limits;
6. Take screenshots, recordings, or exports of the Portal for the purpose of copying it or sharing it with a competitor;
7. Use the Portal for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently revoke your access, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, are attempting to copy or steal any part of the Portal, or are using it for malicious purposes. You may cancel your account at any time. After termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period; you can request an export before cancelling.

6. Pricing and promotions

Plans, prices, free periods, and founding-shop discounts are as described when you sign up or in your account. We may change pricing with advance notice. Promotional terms (like free months or lifetime discounts) apply only while your account stays active and in good standing, and can't be combined unless stated.

7. Third-party services

The Portal relies on third-party services (such as hosting, email, and payments). We're not responsible for their outages or errors.

8. No warranty

The Portal is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Double-check important figures like invoices and taxes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you in the app, and continuing to use the Portal after accepting the new version means you agree to it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where local law requires otherwise.
